At the ending of 2008 Carrie decided that her life needed shaking up a bit. So, on a whim, applied for and got accepted onto a TEFL course in Thailand. (TEFL stands for Teaching English as a Foreign Language) She gave a years notice to the family she had been working as a nanny for, for the past 7 years and is now getting things ready for her big adventure.
